Skanderbeg Square

Our tour begins at the meeting point in Skanderbeg Square, where our knowledgeable guide will provide an introduction to the local culture, history, and architecture. This is an ideal starting point for any visitor to Tirana, a city with a rich cultural heritage and a vibrant modern scene.

New Bazaar

The New Bazaar of Tirana is a bustling and vibrant marketplace that attracts both locals and tourists alike. Located in the heart of the city, this market offers a unique shopping experience with a variety of local products on display. The market is characterized by its colorful and lively atmosphere.
As visitors wander through the market, they will find a wide range of products available, from fresh fruits and vegetables to handmade crafts and souvenirs. The market is particularly famous for its traditional Albanian goods, such as handmade rugs, jewellery, and clothing.
We can try the traditional Turkish Coffee and traditional dessert “Sheqerpare”

Castle of Tirana

After the New Bazaar we head towards the Castle of Tirana owned by Toptani Family, the original walls of the castle date from the 14th century but inside of it you will find a very modern design and full of shops, bars and restaurant. We will have the opportunity to try Albania Authentic Wine from the region of Berat.

Museum Bar

On this special bar thats also decorated with relics from all over Albania belonging to the past we will have the chance to try the traditional alcoholic drink Rakia

Pyramid of Tirana

This pyramid-shaped building was once a museum for Albania’s former communist dictator, Enver Hoxha, but now stands as a symbol of the country’s tumultuous past and its drive towards progress and modernity.

Blloku Area

Walking through the Blloku area in Tirana.you’ll notice the mix of modern and traditional architecture, a reflection of Albania’s complex history. The Blloku area used to be a restricted neighbourhood during the communist regime, reserved for the elite members of society. Today, it has transformed into a symbol of freedom and progress, attracting locals and tourists alike.
After Blloku we will sit and enjoy a traditional lunch.
