- Booking Confirmation:
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after you have been contacted from us with a confirmation message.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
For the Days Tours
Please be advised that one tour is considered successfully Booked only at the moment where you receive a confirmation email.
For confirmation, a 20 % pre-payment is needed. The rest of the payment is completed on the first day of the tour.
In the case of Cancellation:
- For the cancellation 1 Days before the Starting time, we refund all the pre-payed amount (Transactions fees are not included)
- For the calculation, less than 24 hours from the starting time 100 % of the total amount will be charged.
For Tours 2 Days and longer
Please be advised that one tour is considered successfully Booked only at the moment where you receive a confirmation email from Local Friends Albania team.
For confirmation, a 20 % pre-payment is needed. The rest of the payment is completed on the first day of the tour.
In the case of Cancellation:
- For the cancellation 7 Days before the Starting time, we refund all the pre-payed amount (Transactions fees are not included)
- For the cancellation, 2-6 Days from the starting time 20 % of the total amount will be charged.
- For the cancellation, less than 72 hours from the starting time 100 % of the total amount will be charged.
- Amendments and Changes:
- Changes to the date or time of a booked tour are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before the original scheduled departure.
- Local Friends Albania reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.
- Participant Requirements:
- Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the tour guide.
- Participants with existing medical conditions or other concerns should consult with a healthcare professional before booking.
- Liability:
- Local Friends Albania is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
- Participants are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
- Weather Conditions:
- Tours are subject to weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather conditions, Local Friends Albania reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour for the safety of participants.
- Refusal of Service:
- Local Friends Albania reserves the right to refuse service to any participant for reasons such as but not limited to, disruptive behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with safety instructions.
- Intellectual Property:
- All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Local Friends Albania and may not be used without permission.
- Privacy Policy:
- Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.
- Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Albania, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Albania.
