Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Local Friends Albania! Before you embark on your journey with us, please take a moment to review and understand the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our website and the services we offer. By booking our tours, you agree to comply with these terms.

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only after you have received a confirmation email from us.

Cancellation Policy

Day Tours

A tour is considered successfully booked only upon receipt of a confirmation email.
A 20% pre-payment is required for confirmation. The remaining balance is to be paid on the first day of the tour.
Cancellations made 1 day before the start time: Full refund (excluding transaction fees).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Tours of 2 Days or Longer

A tour is considered successfully booked only upon receipt of a confirmation email from the Local Friends Albania team.
A 20% pre-payment is required for confirmation. The remaining balance is to be paid on the first day of the tour.
Cancellations made 7 days before the start time: Full refund (excluding transaction fees).
Cancellations made 2-6 days before the start time: 20% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Amendments and Changes

Changes to the date or time of a booked tour are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original departure time.
Local Friends Albania reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.

Participant Requirements

Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the tour guide.
Participants with existing medical conditions or other concerns should consult with a healthcare professional before booking.

Liability

Local Friends Albania is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
Participants are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

International Tours

For tours that visit another country from Albania, participants are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and the necessary documentation for entry.
It is the participant’s responsibility to verify their eligibility for entry into the destination country.
Local Friends Albania holds no responsibility and will not issue refunds or provide alternative experiences in cases where a participant is denied entry due to missing documentation or visa restrictions.

Weather Conditions

Tours are subject to weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather conditions, Local Friends Albania reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour for the safety of participants.

Refusal of Service

Local Friends Albania reserves the right to refuse service to any participant for reasons including but not limited to:

Disruptive behavior
Intoxication
Failure to comply with safety instructions

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Local Friends Albania and may not be used without permission.

Privacy Policy

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Albania, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Albania.
